Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return part or all of the products you purchased within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.
It should be noted that the returned products must not be used, worn, washed, modified or have suffered any damage, while the labels accompanying the product should be present, exactly as they were when you received the product together with the retail sale receipt or invoice. There should also be a prior communication via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In all the above cases, return costs are payable by the customer.
For the return of a non-defective product, the return cost is payable by the customer, while the cost for resending the product you might have opted to replace is covered in full by www.litinas-aloe.gr
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or destroyed product, www.propharm.com.gr will proceed with all possible actions to replace it with the same or a similar product, without any extra expenses on your behalf. However, you should notify us via e-mail to email@example.com so that we can send you instructions on product return procedures.
www.litinas-aloe.gr has no guarantee policy. We are not responsible for any damages that might occur from normal wear and tear, misuse and destruction during label removal.
For any product return, you have to complete the relevant PRF (product return form) posted on our website.
