Litinas Aloe industry’s main objective is the processing of Organic Aloe vera leaves for the production of stabilised pure Aloe gel, as well as the production of natural health and beauty products with high Aloe vera content. Our headquarters and factory are located in Avlona of Athens, Greece in our own building installations. Our company is a member of ALFA Group.

Our target is the promotion of the uses of Aloe barbadensis Miller (Aloe vera) species, a well known medicinal plant, based on the medical bibliography for ages, with many healing properties, systematically and successfully cultivated in Greece since 1995. Our suppliers are farmers/producers of Aloe vera leaves who are certified for their organic farming plantations and land. We closely cooperate with the Greek organisation of organic certification “DIO” for the purpose of securing organic certification for the Aloe vera leaves that are used to all our products.

The capital invested in the project is 100% covered by ALFA Group’s own equity. Our automated systems, high tech production line machines, modern wholly owned building installations, large storage capacity and fully specialised personnel, ensure the high quality characteristics of the final products while maintaining all medicinal components of Aloe vera plant. A good example is the application of the method of cold pasteurisation during the industrial processing of Aloe vera gel. Our initial processing capacity reaches 20 tonnes of Aloe vera leaves in every work shift.

Our vision is the creation of a Greek high tech industrial unit which will process Aloe vera leaves, produced by farmers with organic farming methods, so that the final products will be as pure and natural as possible.
